PN: When did you start your musical journey 
Naren: At the start all i could do was play guitar with basic chords but i tried to make the best out of it. I never particpted in any kind of musical events before. Only when i came up with the song "Birsana" from the first album, Sudip and I had the guts to go to the studio and record the song. It was in 2002 of June that we did our first recording.
PN: What type of music do you play (Genre wise)
Naren: Simple pop
PN: Your Music Idol
Naren: I remember when i was 14-15 years old i used to have huge collections of bonjovi's posters and pictures, i even used to sketch superman tattoo on my left arm with a fountain pen and walk around.......
PN: What was the experience playing with Sudip after a long gap?
Naren: As Sudip was in UK, We never had time to prepare for the show, it all happened in a rush but then again we always enjoy no matter what.
PN: Your best PN's party you have ever attended......
Naren: The recent one "Mfashionista Red Carpet Party" It was by far "The wildest One". Eveytime i go with the principle, enjoy the moment forget the r and most of my parties goes wild.
PN: The best event you have performed so far, your favorite and least favorite venues?
Naren:I still havent found my my favourite place. Basically everytime Im up i try to enjoy myself on the stage.
PN: Best song writer/composer/arranger and singer?
Naren: I respect everyones Work and Creativity. Theres no such thing as the best.
PN: Do's and Dont's in Nepali Music Industry.
Naren:Dont ask your friends to vote for you a 1000 times just to win an award.
Dont make music just for the sake of making music
Dont fill the album with every possible genre
Please compose meaningful and sensible music
Dont shatter the record company just because u can
Understand the current situation and know the marketing factors to over come the current situation
speed up the system of countdown or top ten shows according o the actual market analysis

Naren: My passion is in singing as well as making videos. So at the moment im just learning while making music videos. But my ultimate goal is to make movies. |
